In short

This website sets no cookies, uses no tracking or analytics tools and loads no content from third-party servers. Fonts, pictures and videos are stored on my own web space. Personal data is only processed when you visit the site (server log) or write to me through a form or by email.

Hosting

The website is hosted by dogado GmbH, Antonio-Segni-Straße 11, 44263 Dortmund, Germany. When you visit the site, dogado processes the technically necessary data on my behalf. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with dogado.

Server logs

With every visit the server automatically stores: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the previously visited page (referrer), browser and operating system. This serves the secure and error-free operation of the website. The legal basis is my legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. dogado deletes the logs automatically after the period defined there.

Encryption

The website is encrypted via SSL/TLS. You can tell by the “https://” and the padlock in your browser’s address bar.

Booking and remix requests

If you use one of the forms, your details (name, email and the details of your request, optionally your phone number) are sent to me by email. They are not stored on the website itself. I only use the data to answer your request and to handle a possible booking or job. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (steps prior to and performance of a contract) and, for general inquiries, Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. I delete the data as soon as it is no longer needed for this, unless statutory retention obligations (for example under tax law for a job) prevent this.

Contact by email

If you send me an email, I process your address and the content of your message in order to reply. The same applies as for the forms.

Links to other services

This website contains links to Instagram, Facebook, SoundCloud, YouTube, Mixcloud and the download service Box. These are plain links: only when you click one do you leave my site, and the respective provider processes data under its own privacy policy. Nothing is transferred to these providers before that.

Your rights

You have the right to access your stored data (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). A message to info@beatmasterchris.com is enough.

You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the one responsible for me: Die Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz Niedersachsen, Prinzenstraße 5, 30159 Hannover, Germany.
